DescriptionRecords consist of recordings generated from exam and identity verification sessions that are stored on Proctortrack.

Video recordings created by Proctortrack may constitute important evidence to determine if there was a departure from academic integrity. A copy of the video may be downloaded for investigation purposes, use OP5600.

Final ActionDP/D
Disposition PlanExam data for a given exam and identity verification session stored for up to 60 days after the exam. Queen’s has the right to request destruction of any data at any time prior to the scheduled purge date. After these time periods have passed, recordings are permanently deleted.
