Academic Integrity Procedures - Requirements of Faculties & Schools 1.7 - Level II Departure from Academic Integrity

Level II DFAIs, including copies (if applicable) of any DFAIs that previously had been categorized as Level I, are added to the student’s Student Record established for the student in the Faculty/School Office. These records are destroyed three years after the student’s graduation.
