DescriptionThe Exam Bank is a collection of past exams from courses offered at Queen's University; it is a service to help students in their studies. It is made available to students by Queen's University Library and The Office of the University Registrar. The Exam Bank contains final exams from the past 10 years which have not been designated as being "exempt from publication".

Disposition PlanThe Archives will sample examination questions annually that have been in the Exam Bank for 10 years from the date of publication (i.e., date of exam) and preserve only a representative sample on a permanent basis. After sampling by the Archives, the Library will destroy the examination questions which are more than ten years old.

Senate Policy on Student Access to Final Examination Papers

Section I: Definitions - "Final examination paper" means the final examination question paper in a course and the graded answer paper written by the student which, by Senate policy, must be retained for a period of 12 months.
