It is made available to students by Queen's University Library and The Office of the University Registrar. The Exam Bank contains final exams from the past 10 years which have not been designated as being "exempt from publication". |

| Disposition Plan | The Archives will sample examination questions annually that have been in the Exam Bank for 10 years from the date of publication (i.e., date of exam) and preserve only a representative sample on a permanent basis. After sampling by the Archives, the Library will destroy the examination questions which are more than ten years old. |
