|Campus Security and Emergency Services
|Records documenting security incidents (other than sexual violence and/or sexual misconduct) reported to Campus Security and Emergency Services. Used for monitoring and reporting breaches in the security of facilities and incidents that happen on Queen's campus and within the Queen's community. Includes threats, theft, break-ins, harassment, robberies, frauds, missing persons and other infractions and violations of the law. Example documents: emergency report centre database, incident reports and security note books.

Retention based on anticipated operational use.
This schedule applies to official records in all media. Convenience or duplicate copies of official records are considered transitory and should not be kept longer than necessary, and in no event longer than the official copy.
