DescriptionRecords consist of conservation treatment reports, conservation condition reports, photos, and communication files.
Retention TriggerLife of the item or Queen's University no longer owns the item, whichever happens first.
Total Retention Immediately perform final action and disposition plan (if available).
Final ActionDP/D
Disposition PlanDelete all treatment records when the item treated no longer exists, or transfer the treatment records to new owners outside of Queen's University when ownership changes.

Retention based on anticipated operational use.
