Disposition PlanThe Archives captures the published web content of continuously maintained Queen's websites on a regular basis as agreed upon between the site owner and the Archives.

For one-time, event, or project-based websites, the site owner needs to contact the Archives at least one month before the website is scheduled to be decommissioned/removed, and then the Archives will archive the web content that is deemed as archival.
