Disposition Plan | If OPR = Facilities, keep building plans (e.g., architectural drawings, survey drawings, maps and specifications) until the building/structure is disposed of, then transfer to the new owner or destroy; keep all other records for 7 years after project is completed, then destroy. If OPR = Facilities, transfer a digital copy of building plans to the Archives every 5 years. If OPR ≠ Facilities, destroy all records 7 years after project is completed. |
