DescriptionRecords consist of building construction/renovation project files and engineering project files. Used for planning, designing, inspecting and commissioning construction and renovation of structures, facilities and buildings. Exclude contracts of construction and engineering projects.

Final ActionDP/AR
Disposition PlanIf OPR = Facilities, keep building plans (e.g., architectural drawings, survey drawings, maps and specifications) until the building/structure is disposed of, then transfer to the new owner or destroy; keep all other records for 7 years after project is completed, then destroy.

If OPR = Facilities, transfer a digital copy of building plans to the Archives every 5 years.

If OPR ≠ Facilities, destroy all records 7 years after project is completed.
