DescriptionRecords documenting the design, development, adoption, review, approval, periodic updating, and utilization of Queen’s official records retention schedule (RRS). Records include drafts and final-form copies of the retention schedule, working papers, legal citations, requests for changes, any prior-dated versions, any website pages showing or describing the RRS, retention rules for EDRMS systems and any machine-readable forms of the schedule.
